桂枝茯苓丸在子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：桂枝茯苓丸是《金匮要略》中的名方,仲景及后世医家将其用于妇人素有癥病而致妊娠胎动不安或漏下不止之证,现代中医的实践和药理学研究发现其在肿瘤领域也可发挥良好的作用。通过归纳总结近五年相关文献,笔者发现桂枝茯苓治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效显著,其可能通过改善患者激素水平、血流流变学,控制炎症和免疫反应以及调控基因等途径达到缩小子宫肌瘤体积、延缓子宫肌瘤生长的治疗目的。本文对桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床应用方式进行汇总,目前临床多采用中西医结合疗法、中药复方加减、针(灸)药结合三种手段,为临床实践提供多种治疗思路。5Guizhi Fuling Pills are the famous prescription recorded in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Practitioner ZHANG Zhong-jing and the afterward physicians applied Guizhi Fuling Pills in the treatment of women with abnormal uterine bleeding or threatened abortion caused by the abdominal mass.With the development of clinical practice and pharmacology of modern traditional Chinese medicine,it has been found that the pills also play an important role in the field of tumour.In this article,the review of the relevant literature in the past five years showed that Guizhi Fuling Pills exert certain effect in treating uterine myoma through reducing the volume of the uterine myoma and inhibiting the growth of the myoma,and the possible mechanism is related with the improvement of patients’hormone levels,blood rheology indications,inflammation and immunity,and regulating genes.The methods of clinical use of Guizhi Fuling Pills for the treatment of uterine myoma were also summarized,namely Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with western medicine,modified use of Guizhi Fuling Pills,and Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with acupuncture or moxibustion,which can provide a variety of treatment methods during clinical practice.
