全膝关节置换术对膝关节骨性关节炎患者综合疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察全膝关节置换术对膝关节骨性关节炎患者综合疗效。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年1月在某医院就诊患有膝关节骨性关节炎的患者100例,按照随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,观察组采用全膝关节置换术进行治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果:治疗后,两组患者美国膝关节协会评分:包括疼痛评分、行走功能评分、稳定性评分、活动度评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),其中观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清SOD水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),血清NO和TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:全膝关节置换术能有效的改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的预后,能减轻患者的疼痛,减少炎症反应,值得推广。Objective:To observe the comprehensive effect of total knee replacement on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:100 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in a hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by random number method.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,and the observation group was treated with total knee replacement.The curative effect and serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the American Knee Association scores of the two groups of patients including the pain score,walking function score,stability score,mobility score were all higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum SOD level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the serum NO and TNF-αlevels were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Total knee replacement can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with knee osteoarthritis,which can reduce pain and inflammation,and is worthy of promotion.
