摘　　要：介绍了挂釉预制炉门衬砖在安钢焦化厂6 m、7 m焦炉的应用情况。原焦炉炉门使用过程中会出现石墨侵蚀和脱落、炉头焦炭偏生等情况,应用挂釉预制炉门衬砖后,提高了单炉焦炭产量,降低了劳动强度,节省了高炉煤气消耗量。This paper introduces the application of prefabricated glazed oven door lining brick in6m and 7 m coke oven batteries.The existing oven doors appeared graphite,brick peel-off,incomplete coked-through at oven ends,etc..To solve the problems,prefabricated glazed oven door lining brick is used,which results in an increased single oven coke output,less labor intensity and lower BFG consumption.
