摘　　要：针对克劳斯炉系统发生的酸汽管道和克劳斯炉燃烧器回火等问题,分析了2次回火发生的原因,并采取了停克劳斯炉、缓慢调整参数、及时更换易损件等措施,对后序稳定生产有指导作用。In view of the problem of backfire in sour gas pipes and Claus furnace burner,the reason for the re-occurrence of the backfire has been analyzed.Countermeasures have been taken,such as shut-down of the Claus furnace,fine tuning parameters and timely replacing wearing parts,etc.,which will take an important role in guiding stable operation in the future.
