摘　　要：分析了煤气洗涤塔填料堵塞情况的原因,通过改善冷凝液含油、更换过滤器陶瓷管、稳定电捕工作电压、更换洗涤塔填料、增加放油频率等措施,改善了填料堵塞情况,效果显著。In this paper,analysis is made to the causes of the packing blockage in gas scrubber.Measures are given such as by regulating oil content in the condensate,changing the ceramic tube of the filter,stabilizing the working voltage of electric tar precipitator,replacing the packing of the scrubber,increasing oil drainage frequency,etc..As a result,the packing blockage can be remarkably.
