摘　　要：通过溶剂萃取-连续沉降的方法,使轻相混合油中的QI含量为0,再经减压蒸馏得到浸渍剂沥青产品。探讨了溶剂比、脂芳比等沉降条件对去除QI的影响,以及减压蒸馏时入塔温度、蒽油采出流量等因素对浸渍剂沥青指标的影响。在最佳条件下,生产出软化点88℃、喹啉不溶物0.1%、甲苯不溶物17.1%、结焦值49.63%的浸渍剂沥青。Through solvent extraction and continuous sedimentation method,the QI content in light phase oil mixture is decreased down to zero till obtaining the final product of impregnant pitch after vacuum distillation.Discussion is made to the the impact of settlement conditions of solvent ratio and fat aromatic ratio to QI removal,including the influence of column inlet temperature and anthracene oil side-cut flow,etc.on the targets of the impregnant pitch during the vacuum distillation.Under optimum working conditions,impregnant pitch can be produced,with parameters such as SP 88℃,QI 0.1%,TI 17.1%and coking value 49.63%.
