摘  要:目的分析国外骨髓腔内输液领域的研究热点,探究其前沿趋势和发展脉络,为国内开展相关研究提供参考。方法检索“Web of Science核心合集”数据库,筛选骨髓腔内输液相关文献,采用CiteSpace 5.7.R3软件提取文章基本信息,绘制科学知识图谱。结果骨髓腔内输液相关文献数量整体递增,美国发文量位居榜首,研究热点集中于适应人群、输液工具和穿刺部位。近年来,骨髓腔内血液样本与动静脉样本一致性检验也是研究重点。结论骨髓腔内输液领域逐渐成熟,研究人群由儿童转为危重创伤患者。研究者之间应加强合作,由技能应用转向质量评价,探索有效的考核模式,完善临床应用体系。Objective To analyze the research focus in the field of intraosseous infusion abroad and explore its frontier and development trend,so as to provide reference for domestic research.Methods The database of“Web of Science Core Collection”was searched,and the literature related to intraosseous infusion were screened.The basic information of the studies was extracted and the scientific knowledge graph was drawn by CiteSpace 5.7.R3.Results The number of the studies about intraosseous infusion showed an overall increasing trend and the number of studies published in the United States ranked first.Research focuses included the suitable populations,infusion instruments and puncture sites.In recent years,the consistency test between intraosseous blood samples and arteriovenous blood samples was becoming a new research focus.Conclusions The research field of intraosseous infusion gradually becomes mature,and the research population has changed from children to critical trauma patients.Researchers should strengthen cooperation,shift from the application of skills to quality evaluation,explore effective assessment models,and improve the clinical application system.
