摘　　要：目的探讨基于骨折联络服务模式综合护理干预在老年髋部脆性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取某院2019年7月至2020年5月收治的54例患者为对照组,2020年7-12月收治的52例患者为干预组,对照组实施常规护理,干预组实施基于骨折联络服务模式的综合护理干预,比较两组患者骨质疏松症相关知识、焦虑、生活质量评分和并发症发生率。结果干预组患者干预术后1个月和3个月骨质疏松症相关知识水平和生活质量均高于对照组,焦虑低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于骨折联络服务模式的综合护理干预,可提高老年髋部脆性骨折患者骨质疏松知识水平,减少焦虑和并发症的发生,改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention based on the fracture liaison service model in the elderly patients with hip fragility fractures.Methods A total of 54 patients admitted to a hospital from July 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the control group,and 52 patients admitted from July to December 2020 were selected as the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention based on the fracture liaison service model.The osteoporosis-related knowledge,anxiety,quality of life score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The level of osteoporosis-related knowledge and quality of life at 1 and 3 months after surgery of the experimental group were all significantly higher than those of the control group;the anxiety of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention based on the fracture liaison service model can improve osteoporosis-related knowledge of elderly patients with hip fragility fractures,reduce their anxiety and complications,and improve their quality of life.
