摘　　要：目的探讨本森放松训练对食管癌放化疗患者睡眠质量的作用。方法2021年2-5月,便利抽样选取于上海市某三级甲等医院放疗科初次接受放化疗的原发性食管癌患者70例为研究对象,按照入院奇偶数分为两组,每组各35例。对照组给予常规放化疗护理,观察组在此基础上增加本森放松训练,比较干预前后两组患者匹茨堡睡眠指数评分以及护理满意度。结果干预4周后,观察组睡眠质量评分和护理满意度评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论本森放松训练可以提高该类患者的睡眠质量,同时可提升患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of Benson Relaxation Response(BRR)on sleep quality among esophageal cancer patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy.Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 70 patients with primary esophageal cancer who received chemoradiotherapy for the first time in the Department of Radiotherapy of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai City from February to May,2021.The patients were divided into the observation group(n=35)and the control group(n=35)according to the date of admission.The control group received routine nursing of chemoradiotherapy.The observation group received BRR together with routine nursing.The PSQI scores of two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After 4-week intervention,the PSQI score and the score of satisfaction on nurses of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The Benson relaxation response can improve the sleep quality of esophageal cancer patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy,as well as their satisfaction on nurses.
