摘  要:简要介绍了预热器技术现状,为提高旋风筒分离效率,降低阻力损失,开发了弱涡流低阻预热器节能技术,在不影响塔架结构、不增大旋风筒直径、不改变预热器选型的前提下,通过局部优化旋风筒的蜗壳结构,使阻力降低10%以上,预热器系统分离效率>95%。该技术现已应用于多条生产线,显著降低了水泥生产成本。Current preheater technology development is briefly introduced.In order to improve the efficiency of cyclone separation,and reduce resistance loss,a type of weak eddy current and low resistance preheater technology is developed.The existing preheater tower structure would not require being changed and the cyclone cylinder diameter not to be enlarged.It can be utilized under the premise of present preheater selection,through optimizing cyclones to reduce resistance by more than 10%,and improve the preheater system separation efficiency to more than 95%.Now it has been applied in many production lines,and the cost of cement production has been significantly reduced.
