摘  要:针对出磨水泥温度高、部分石膏脱水导致的水泥标准稠度需水量偏高、混凝土性能变差的问题,通过采取升级改造选粉机、新增及调整篦冷机一段处风机、扩大水泥磨主收尘器反吹孔径等措施,有效提高了水泥产量,降低了系统电耗,水泥性能得到了明显改善。In view of the problems of high cement outlet temperature and high water demand for cement standard consistency and poor concrete performance caused by dehydration of some gypsum,measures including upgrading and transforming the powder concentrator,adding and adjusting the fan at the first section of the grate cooler,expanding the back blowing aperture of the main dust collector of the cement mill have effectively increased the cement output and reduced the power consumption of the system.The properties of cement have been significantly improved.
