摘　　要：煤磨袋收尘器在运行过程中连续发生了几次不通风故障,进出口压差突然增大,严重影响了煤磨生产。通过改造袋收尘器提升阀和脉冲阀气路,更换气源三联件,更换脉冲PLC输出信号点位及脉冲继电器,煤磨袋收尘器运行至今未再发生不通风故障。During the operation of coal mill bag dust collector,several non ventilation faults occurred continuously,and the inlet and outlet pressure difference suddenly increased,which seriously affected the production of coal mill.By reforming the lift valve and pulse valve gas circuit of bag dust collector,replacing the air source triplet,replacing the output signal point of pulse PLC and pulse relay,the non ventilation fault has not occurred again in the operation of coal mill bag dust collector.
