摘 要:针对临兴区块致密气藏储层岩性疏松、稳定性差,低温、低孔、低渗的特点,分析总结了当前临兴区块致密气水平井固井技术的优缺点,提出了临兴致密气水平井固井技术优化措施,优化后的固井技术在区块内应用了5口井,测井曲线显示固井质量较好;优化后常规密度水泥浆体系降失水剂加量(w)为2.25%左右,且液体纤维的加量(w)为4%时,能明显提高水泥石力学性能,能满足现场应用要求。经核算,优化后的临兴区块致密气水平井固井工艺不会额外增加作业成本,现场的成功运用表明该技术具有推广价值。According to the characteristics of loose lithology,poor stability,low temperature,low porosity and low permeability of tight gas reservoir in Linxing block,the advantages and disadvantages of current tight gas horizontal well cementing technology in Linxing block are analyzed and summarized,and the optimization measures of tight gas horizontal well cementing technology in Linxing block are put forward.The optimized cementing technology has been applied to 5 wells in the block,and the logging curve shows that the cementing quality is good.When the addition amount(w)of fluid loss additive of conventional density cement slurry system is about 2.25%and the addition amount(w)of liquid fiber is 4%,the mechanical properties of cement paste can be significantly improved and can meet the requirements of field application.After accounting,the optimized cementing technology of tight gas horizontal wells in Linxing block will not increase the operation cost.The successful application on site shows that the technology has popularization value.
