摘  要:为了降低能耗,利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对酸性水汽提装置进行流程模拟计算,并考察了冷热进料比、侧线采出量、侧线采出位置、一级凝液罐温度和热进料温度对酸性水汽提装置操作的影响。结果表明:模拟结果与实际操作一致,酸性水汽提塔顶温度模拟值与实际值相差仅0.21℃,蒸汽流量模拟值与实际值相差仅0.119 t/h;在冷热进料比为1.1,侧线采出量为8.8 t/h,侧线采出位置不变,一级凝液罐温度为129.2℃,热进料温度为150℃的优化模拟条件下,可节约蒸汽1.026 t/h。优化数据应用于实际装置后,蒸汽单耗显著降低。In order to reduce energy consumption,the Aspen Plus process simulation software is used to simulate the process of the acidic water stripping unit,and the influence of the hot-cold feed ratio,sideline recovery,drew-out position of product,the temperature of the first-stage condensate tank and the temperature of the hot feed on the operation of the acidic water stripping unit is investigated.The results show that the simulation result is consistent with the actual operation.The difference between the simulated value of the acidic water stripping tower top temperature and the actual value is only 0.21℃,and the difference between the simulated value of steam flow and the actual value is only 0.119 t/h.Steam can be saved by 1.026 t/h under the optimal conditions of the hot-cold feed ratio is 1.1,the sideline recovery is 8.8 t/h,the drew-out position of product remains unchanged,the temperature of the first-stage condensate tank is 129.2℃,and the hot feed temperature is 150℃.After the optimized data is applied to the actual device,the unit steam consumption has been significantly reduced.
