摘 要:为了获得核电用厚板多层多道焊的角变形动态过程,通过试验测试和有限元分析相结合的方法研究了40 mm厚Q345B钢板角变形过程.基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,开发了考虑移动热源、材料非线性和几何非线性的热弹塑性有限元计算方法.同时,采用位移传感器间接测试了焊接角变形过程.研究结果表明:Q345B厚板多层多道焊角变形动态过程可分为变形阶段和稳定阶段.单个焊道引起的角变形增加量呈先增大后减小的趋势.此外,综合考虑热输入与板厚叠加作用的热输入理论(Q/h^(2))可以解释厚板多层多道焊角变形动态过程.In order to obtain the dynamic angular distortion process of multi-layer and multi-pass process of thick plate for nuclear power,the dynamic welding angular distortion process of a 40 mm thick Q345B steel plate is studied by means of finite element analysis and measurement verification.A thermo-elastic-plastic finite element method based on ANSYS code considering moving heat source,material nonlinearity and geometrical nonlinearity was developed.At the same time,displacement sensor was used to measure the welding angular distortion process indirectly.Results show that the dynamic distortion process of a Q345B thick plate welded by multi-layer and multi-pass process consists of distortion stage and stable stage.The increment of angular distortion caused by each pass increases first and then decreases.In addition,the heat input theory(Q/h^(2))considering the superposition of heat input and plate thickness can also explains the dynamic distortion process of multi-layer and multi-pass welding for thick plates.
