摘  要:中间相沥青是由重质芳烃类物质(煤焦油沥青、石油沥青和纯芳烃类物质及其混合物等)在中温液相炭化热处理过程中形成的一种具有较大区域范围内晶体光学各向异性的液晶态物质。本文以催化裂化油浆为原料制备中间相沥青,考察不同原料特性对中间相沥青的影响,研究了中间相沥青的形成机理。通过工艺参数的优化,所制备的石油基中间相沥青可以达到以下性能:中间相含量在95%~100%之间,软化点为250~290℃时,结构呈现广域流线型结构,制备的碳纤维具有极高的导热率。Mesophase pitch,as akind of liquid crystaline,is prepared from heavy aromatic hydrocarbons(coal pitch,petroleum pitch,pure aromatic hydrocarbons,etc.)by liquid phase carbonization at medium temperature.In this paper,mesophase pitchswere prepared using different types of petroleum rcatalytic cracking slurry as raw materials,and the effect of raw materials on the formation mechanism and properties of the mesophase pitchs were studied.The mesophase content of those pitchs are about 95%~100%and the soft points are in the range of 250-290℃.Those mesophase pitches have a wide-area streamline structure and the corresponding graphite fibers from them have extremely high thermal conductivity.
