大数据下乡村培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的需求分析

摘　　要：百度指数是大数据网络调查的重要数据来源,采用百度指数进行统计分析,以“社会主义核心价值观+乡村”为关键词进行搜索,分析在乡村层面对培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的关注需求程度。在研究周期内,对乡村培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的关注度整体上呈上升趋势,且在特定的几个时期里热度快速上升;在实施乡村振兴战略背景下,社会主义核心价值观有机融入了“精准脱贫”“乡风文明”“农村供给侧改革”等党和国家的战略决策部署,在实现良性互动的过程中很好地发挥了价值引领作用,集中体现了当代中国精神,是广泛凝聚人民精神力量的思想道德基础,为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供了深厚的道德支撑。Baidu Index is an vital data source of network research,with which this paper searches the key words Socialist Core Values+the countryside.It studies the demand level of cultivating and practicing socialist core values in the countryside.The result shows that the attention degree experienced a great upwards trend in general during the research span,with dramatic increases in certain periods.And under the implementation of the Rural Vitalization Strategy,Socialist Core Values have been incorporated spontaneously into a series of strategic decisions and plans of our country,including Targeted Poverty alleviation,Local Custom Civilization Construction and Supply-side Structural Reform.During the beneficial interaction,Socialist Core Values play an essential role in value guidance,reflecting the contemporary China spirit.They serve as the moral basis of the people′s spiritual strength and provide the moral support for the modernization of state governance system and the governance capacity.
