摘 要:针对乌鲁木齐的水资源供给需求展开了预测分析,基于科学发展观,提出了水资源结构的优化配置策略。水资源系统是由水资源、社会、经济、生态以及环境所构建而成的复杂系统,各种组成要素与子系统之间既相互制约又存在联系,比较容易造成水资源结构在优化配置之后出现系统运行不协调、无序以及崩溃的问题,所以现今基于多维临界调控理论与方法的应用,结合相关的理论,对水资源系统应用的适用性表征展开分析,并对模型的使用展开概述,以期为后续工作的开展提供更多的指导。This paper forecasted and analyzed the supply and demand of water resources in Urumqi,and put forward the optimal allocation strategy of water resources structure based on the scientific outlook on development.Water resources system is a complex system composed of water resources,society,economy,ecology and environment.There are mutual constraints and connections between various constituent elements and subsystems,which is easy to lead to the problems of uncoordinated,disordered and collapse of system operation after optimal allocation of water resources structure.Therefore,based on the application of multi-dimensional critical regulation theory and method and relevant theories,this paper analyzed the applicability characterization of water resources system application,and summarized the use of the model,so as to provide more guidance for the follow-up work.
