大型6.8 m捣固焦炉装备中先进技术及创新技术的应用

摘　　要：介绍了大型6.8 m捣固焦炉装备捣固机、捣固装煤车和捣固推焦车等车辆和机械设备中采用的先进技术及创新技术。其中,创新技术有6.8 m捣固机新型结构框架、非人工调节夹紧力的提锤装置、煤饼高度智能监测及控制系统、桁架式煤箱支撑结构等。This paper introduced the advanced and innovative technologies adopted in vehicles and mechanical equipment such as tamping machine,tamping coal loader and tamping coke pusher for large 6.8 m stamp-charging coke oven equipment.Among them,the innovative technologies include the new structural frame of 6.8 m tamping machine,hammer lifting device with non-manual adjustment of clamping force,intelligent monitoring and control system of coal cake height,truss coal box support structure,etc.
