摘  要:瓦斯抽采钻孔扩孔是影响钻进除尘和高效封孔的关键因素,针对现行孔口扩孔技术存在的钻孔轨迹偏移、频繁退钻更换钻头等问题,设计了分体式扩孔钻头。该钻头安装方便,可有效避免扩孔作业时频繁退钻和更换钻头的问题,可以在扩孔作业中使扩孔段与其他钻孔段保持同心。对钻头的受力分析表明,扩孔钻头旋转时,其应力集中发生在截割部,可通过设定倒角、圆角等方式来消除。Gas drainage borehole reaming is a key factor that affects drilling dust removal and efficient borehole sealing.In view of the problems of the existing orifice reaming technology such as drilling trajectory deviation,frequent drilling-back and replace-ment of the drill bit,a separated reaming bit was designed.The drill bit is easy to install,can effectively avoid the problems of frequent drilling-back and replacement of the drill bit,and can keep the reaming section concentric with other drilling sections during the reaming operation.The force analysis of the drill bit shows that when the reaming drill bit rotates,its stress concentra-tion occurs in the cutting part,which can be eliminated by setting chamfering and fillet.
