摘  要:重载平板运输车是用来运输煤矿采煤机和液压支架等大型机械设备的车辆,普通车轮轮轴在使用过程中经常会出现变形、断裂和轴承损坏的现象,严重影响了重载平板运输车的运输效率。对车轮轮轴出现的变形、断裂和轴承损坏进行了具体分析,找出根本原因,提出解决方案,设计并制造出新式组合轮轴。新式组合轮轴不仅提升了重载平板运输车的安全性和稳定性,还大大提高了运输效率,为煤矿的安全高效运输提供了重要保障。Heavy-duty flatbed trucks are vehicles used to transport large-scale machinery and equipment such as coal mining machines and hydraulic supports.Ordinary wheel axles often experience deformation,fracture and bearing damage during use,which seriously affects the transportation efficiency of heavy-duty flatbed trucks.This paper analyzed the deformation,fracture and bearing damage of the wheel axle,found out the root causes,and proposed a solution.A new type of combined axle was designed and manufactured.The new combined axle not only improved the safety and stability of heavy-duty flatbed trucks,but also greatly improved transportation efficiency,providing an important guarantee for safe and efficient transportation in coal mines.
