摘 要:细胞采收是微藻能源开发的关键.通过比较棕鞭藻在BG11、glu+BG11、生活污水三种环境的絮凝效率,并对AOM(Algal Organic Matter)进行组成分析,以揭示AOM特性与微藻絮凝的关系.结果表明,生活污水中微藻絮凝效率最高(96%),AOM产量最低(0.036 g/L);glu+BG11中絮凝效率最低(68%),AOM产量最高(0.109 g/L).不同环境中微藻分泌的蛋白质浓度接近,而多糖浓度的显著差异是AOM产量不同的主要原因,其中glu+BG11中AOM所含的阿拉伯糖含量大幅增加,生活污水中AOM单糖组分则以鼠李糖为主.Cell harvesting is the key to microalgae energy development.The flocculation efficiency of Ochromonas sp.in BG11,glu+BG11 and domestic wastewater was compared to reveal the relationship between the characteristics of AOM(Algal Organic Matter)and the flocculation of microalgae with the composition of AOM analyzed.The results showed that the flocculation efficiency of microalgae in domestic wastewater was the highest(96%),and the yield of AOM was the lowest(0.036 g/L).While,the flocculation efficiency of glu+BG11 was the lowest(68%),and the yield of AOM was the highest(0.109 g/L).The concentration of protein secreted by microalgae in different environments was similar,and the significant difference of polysaccharide concentration was the main reason for the different AOM production.The arabinose content of AOM in glu+BG11 increased significantly,while rhamnose was the main monosaccharide component of AOM in domestic wastewater.
