摘  要:为满足 ZYWL-4000SY 自动钻机井下钻孔施工对不同开孔高度的设计要求,同时要保证开孔的精度,需要一种高度可调、速度可控、性能稳定可靠的提升调节系统。为降低液压系统的能量损失和发热,结合 ZYWL-4000SY 自动钻机的全方位结构特点,设计了一种采用电比例控制与远程无线遥控操作的提升机构负载敏感控制液压系统。为克服提升液压缸在运行过程中的不同步问题,在油路中设置了分流集流阀。此外,对关键的提升液压缸和分流集流阀等液压元件进行了选型计算,对提升液压缸进行了校核计算。实验室试验与井下现场的应用情况表明,ZYWL-4000SY 自动钻机的提升机构能实现远程无线遥控操作,可进行快速调节和低速微调,且同步性能较好,性能稳定可靠,达到了设计要求,具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to satisfy the design requirements of various drilling height and ensure the drilling accuracy during operation of ZYWL-4000SY automatic drill rig,a lifting mechanism with adjustable height,controllable speed and reliable performance was needed.To reduce the energy loss and the heat generation of the hydraulic system,based on the overall structural features of ZYWL-4000SY automatic drill rig,a lifting mechanism with load sensitive control hydraulic system was designed,which adopted electric proportional control and wireless remote control technology.To overcome the asynchronization of hydraulic cylinders during operation,a diverting and collecting valve was set in pipeline.In addition,key hydraulic components such as the lifting cylinder and the diverting and collecting valve were calculated for model selection,and the checking calculation for the lifting hydraulic was conducted also.Lab test and underground application showed:the lifting mechanism of ZYWL-4000SY automatic drill rig could be wirelessly remote controlled with rapid control,low-speed trimming,excellent synchronization and stable performance.It had reached the design requirements,and was of some spread and application value.
