摘 要:针对现有矿井提升机恒力矩制动系统存在的缺点,按照矿井安全生产的要求,在不改变恒力矩制动系统原有功能的基础上,添加液压元件对其进行优化改造。基于 AMESim 软件建立制动器模型,并对改造后的制动系统在盘式制动器启动、矿井提升机制动器合闸、一级制动、二级制动的过程进行仿真分析。结果表明:优化改造后液压制动系统响应快,同步性高,且制动回路的冲击小;整体改造方案结构简单,成本低。In view of the shortcomings of current constant-torque braking system of the mine hoist,according to the requirements of safe production in mines,on the basis of remaining the functions of original constant-torque braking system,a number of hydraulic components were added to carry out upgrading.The brake was modeled based on AMESim,and the upgraded braking system was simulated and analyzed on the start-up of the disc brake,closing of the brake of the mine hoist,the first braking and the second braking process.Results showed the upgraded hydraulic braking system responded quickly with high synchronicity,and had a little impact on the braking circuit.The overall upgrading scheme was characterized by simple structure and low cost.
