摘 要:滚压成形是一种高效的生产工艺,材料受到高速冲击作用产生的加工硬化行为直接影响工件表面质量和使用性能。基于塑性成形规律,开展了常温条件下应变率为 2 000 ~ 4 000 s-1 的高速冲击试验和扫描电镜试验,依据试验数据建立了 20 钢应力应变模型,阐明了 20 钢加工硬化的位错机理,分析了加工硬化率的变化规律,得到了位错密度与应变的关系以及加工硬化率与位错密度之间的关系,通过理论与试验相结合的方式从宏微观角度解释了 20 钢在高速冲击作用下加工硬化行为。Rolling forming is a kind of efficient production process.The work hardening behavior of the material under high-speed impact directly affects the surface quality and the performance of theworkpiece.Based on the law of plastic forming,high-speed impact test and scanning electron microscope test were carried out at room temperature with strain ratio of 2 000 ~ 4 000 s-1.According to the test data,the stress-strain model of steel 20 was established,and the dislocation mechanism of work hardening of steel 20 was expounded.In addition,the variation rule of work hardening ratio was analyzed,and the relationship between dislocation density and strain as well as the relationship between work hardening ratio and dislocation density were obtained.The work hardening behavior of steel 20 under high-speed impact was explained from macro and micro angle by the means of combining theory with test.
