摘 要:采用物理分散法将富勒烯C_(60)分散于透明质酸钠(HA)或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)中,制备了水溶性富勒烯材料,富勒烯透明质酸钠(MHAF60)、富勒烯聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PPF60),并对其护肤性能进行了测试。UV-Vis和FTIR结果显示,富勒烯C_(60)在MHAF60和PPF60中仍保持了其特征吸收。DLS结果显示,MHAF60和PPF60的粒径分别为368.5和500.6 nm。GC结果表明,两种材料均无有机溶剂残留。EPR结果显示,MHAF60淬灭自由基的能力要显著优于PPF60、V_(C)和水溶性虾青素。以人表皮角质细胞(HEK-A)作为研究对象,测试了在双氧水损伤条件下MHAF60对细胞的修复和保护作用,结果显示,MHAF60的保护和修复效果是V_(C)和水溶性虾青素的1.2和1.6倍。斑马鱼模型实验结果显示,MHAF60具有显著的抑制黑色素、抗炎修复功效,安全性更高。Two water-soluble fullerene materials, fullerene sodium hyaluronate(MHAF60) and fullerene polyvinylpyrrolidone(PPF60) were prepared by physically dispersing fullerene C_(60) in sodium hyaluronate(HA) and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP), respectively, and their skin care properties were tested. UV-Vis and FTIR results showed that fullerene C_(60) still retained its characteristic absorption in MHAF60 and PPF60. DLS results revealed that the particle sizes of MHAF60 and PPF60 were 368.5 and 500.6 nm, respectively. GC results indicated that there was no residual organic solvent in the two materials. EPR measurements indicated that the free radical quenching ability of MHAF60 was significantly better than that of PPF60, V_(C) and water-soluble astaxanthin. Human epidermal keratinocyte(HEK-A) cells was used to test the ability of MHAF60 to repair oxidative damage in the presence of hydrogen peroxide, and protective and repairing effects of MHAF60 were 1.2-fold and 1.6-fold those of V_(C) and water-soluble astaxanthin. The results of zebrafish experiments showed that fullerene C_(60) could significantly inhibit melanin production, had anti-inflammatory repairing inflammation and promote wound healing, with higher security.
