摘  要:目的分析哮喘持续状态患儿血清全氟烷基化合物水平和血清维生素D、炎症细胞因子水平的相关性。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月杭州市第一人民医院急诊收治的60例哮喘持续状态患儿为研究组,30例健康儿童为对照组。检测两组儿童血清全氟烷基化合物、25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、IgE、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。采用Pearson相关性分析法分析血清全氟烷基化合物水平和血清维生素D、炎症细胞因子水平的相关性。结果与对照组儿童比较,研究组患儿血清全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)、全氟辛酸(PFOA)、全氟癸酸(PFDA)、全氟十二烷酸(PFDoA)、十一氟己烷磺酸(PFHxA)、全氟己基磺酸(PFHxS)、全氟壬酸(PFNA)及全氟十四烷酸(PFTA)水平均明显升高(均P<0.05)。对照组儿童血清25(OH)D水平为(31.49±6.34)ng/ml,研究组患儿血清25(OH)D水平为(25.71±3.55)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(t=5.550,P<0.05)。对照组儿童血清IgE、IL-33及hs-CRP水平分别为(53.26±18.66)IU/ml、(17.26±3.28)ng/L及(4.68±0.82)IU/ml,研究组患儿血清IgE、IL-33及hs-CRP水平分别为(513.67±69.59)IU/ml、(25.17±4.37)ng/L及(46.31±7.14)IU/ml,差异均有统计学意义(t=35.507,8.479及31.744,均P<0.05)。研究组血清维生素D水平和血清PFOS、PFDoA、PFHxS及PFTA水平呈显著负相关(均P<0.05);血清IgE水平和血清PFOS、PFOA、PFDoA、PFHxS及PFTA水平呈显著正相关(均P<0.05);血清IL-33水平和血清PFOS、PFHpA及PFTA水平呈显著正相关(均P<0.05);血清hs-CRP水平和PFOS、PFDoA、PFHpA、PFHxS及PFTA水平呈显著正相关(均P<0.05)。结论哮喘持续状态患儿血清全氟烷基化合物水平异常升高,与血清IgE、IL-33及hs-CRP水平呈正相关,与血清维生素D水平呈负相关。Objective To analyze the correlations between serum perfluorinated alkyl substances levels and serum vitamin D [25(OH)D], inflammation cytokines levels in children with asthma persistent state. Methods From January 2019 to January 2021, 60 children with asthma persistent state treated in Department of Emergency, the First People’s Hospital of Hangzhou City were selected as study group, 30 healthy children were selected as control group. The levels of serum perfluorinated alkyl substances, 25-hydroxyvitamin D, IgE, interleukin-33(IL-33), and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in the two groups were detected, Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations between serum perfluorinated alkyl substances levels and serum vitamin D, inflammation cytokines levels. Results Compared with control group, the levels of serum perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS), perfluoro caprylic acid(PFOA), nonadecafluorodecanoic acid(PFDA), tricosafluorododecanoic acid(PFDoA), perfluorohexanesulfonic acid(PFHxA), perfluorinated hexyl sulfonic acid(PFHxS), perfluorononanoic acid(PFNA), and perfluorotetradecanoic acid(PFTA) in study group increased significantly(all P<0.05). The level of serum 25(OH)D in control group was(31.49±6.34) ng/ml, the level of serum 25(OH)D in study group was(25.71±3.55) ng/ml, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=5.550, P<0.05). The levels of serum IgE, IL-33, and hs-CRP in control group were(53.26±18.66) IU/ml,(17.26±3.28) ng/L, and(4.68±0.82) IU/ml, respectively;the levels of serum IgE, IL-33, and hs-CRP in study group were(513.67±69.59) IU/ml,(25.17±4.37) ng/L, and(46.31±7.14) IU/ml, respectively, there were statistically significant differences(t=35.507, 8.479, 31.744, all P<0.05).Serum vitamin D level in study group was significantly negatively correlated with serum PFOS, PFDoA, PFHxS, and PFTA levels(all P<0.05);serum IgE level was significantly positively correlated with serum PFOS, PFOA, PFDoA, PFHxS, and PFTA levels(all P<0.05);serum IL-33
