摘　　要：目的探讨辽宁地区不孕症患者宫颈细胞异常情况及其在不同年龄组不孕症患者分布情况,进而了解在不孕症患者中应用液基薄层细胞学(TCT)方法进行宫颈癌前筛查的重要性。方法 TCT检测了来中国医科大学附属生殖医院辽宁省计划生育科学研究院就诊的辽宁地区1 212例不孕症患者和1 002例正常育龄妇女的宫颈细胞情况,用χ2检验比较两组宫颈细胞异常率及其在不同年龄组不孕症患者分布情况。结果 1 212例不孕症患者中TCT检测宫颈细胞异常的96例,异常率7.92%;正常育龄妇女1 002例中TCT宫颈细胞异常的58例,异常率5.79%;不孕症患者宫颈细胞异常率高于正常育龄妇女,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄组不孕症患者宫颈细胞异常率随年龄增长略呈升高趋势。结论在不孕症患者中进行液基薄层细胞学宫颈癌前筛查更具有十分重要的应用价值。Objective To explore the situation of cervical cytological abnormality of infertile patients in Liaoning area and the distribution of infertile patients in different age groups, analyze the importance of Thinprep cytology test(TCT) in cervical cancer screening. Methods TCT was used to test cervical cytology of 1 212 patients with infertility and 1 002 women without infertility in Liaoning province, Chi-square test was used to compare the detection rates of abnormal cervical cytology between the two groups and the detection rates of abnormal cervical cytology in different age groups. Results The detection rate of abnormal cervical cytology in patients with infertility was 7.92%(96/1 212), the detection rate of abnormal cervical cytology in women without infertility was 5.79%(58/1 002);the detection rate of abnormal cervical cytology in patients with infertility was statistically significantly higher than that in women without infertility(P<0.05), which showed a slightly increasing trend with age. Conclusion TCT plays a very important role in screening of cervical cancer among the patients with infertility.
