摘　　要：根据响应式方法在多个业务领域的应用,结合铁路客票系统的建设与发展,设计铁路客票系统响应式流量控制业务。从总体架构、高并发业务数据组织方式及既有的流量控制方式等方面,阐述铁路客票系统业务模式,在此基础上,以响应式流量控制为基础,设计响应式流量控制策略应用架构和代表性业务,分析铁路客票系统业务在准实时响应式、预约性响应式和交易类响应式等方面的流量控制改造效果。响应式方法在铁路客票系统中的设计与应用,能够平衡铁路客票系统的内部业务流量,降低高峰期客票资源的消耗。According to the application of the responsive method in many business fields,the responsive business of traffic control is designed with the construction and development of the railway ticketing system.Firstly,the business modes of the railway ticketing system including the overall architecture,the data organization of high concurrency business,and the existing method of traffic control were described.Based on responsive traffic control,the application architecture and representative businesses were designed with the strategy of responsive traffic control,including alternative tickets,booking tickets,and the optimization of transaction process.Finally,the effects of traffic control with the responsive concept were further explained through reforms in the railway ticketing system.The design and application of the responsive method in the railway ticketing system can balance the internal business traffic as well as reduce the consumption of ticketing resources in peak periods.
