民族药黑骨头药材杠柳毒苷含量测定的方法研究

摘　　要：目的:建立系统、科学的黑骨头中杠柳毒苷的提取和含量测定的方法,为黑骨头的质量控制提供方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Venusil PLOW-C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相为水-乙腈;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为220 nm;柱温为25℃。结果:黑骨头中杠柳毒苷的峰得到有效的分离,HPLC检测条件、方法的专属性、线性、重复性、精密度、稳定性、回收率良好,该方法可以用于杠柳毒苷的含量测定。结论:该方法为黑骨头的质量控制和评价提供了参考依据。Objective To establish a systematic and scientific method for the extraction and determination of periplocin in Periploca calophylla,and to provide a reliable method for scientific evaluation and effective control of the quality of Periploca calophylla.Methods HPLC was used.The column was Agilent venusil plot-c18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);the mobile phase was water acetonitrile;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 220 nm;the column temperature was 25℃.Results the HPLC detection conditions,specificity,linearity,repeatability,precision,stability and recovery rate were good.The method can be used for the content determination of Periplocoside.Conclusion this method provides a reference for the quality control and scientific evaluation of Periploca calophylla.
