摘　　要：黑膏药是我国的传统药物剂型,具有很好的活血祛瘀、消肿止痛、接骨续筋等功效,临床疗效显著,受欢迎度极高,但是在临床使用过程中普遍存在过敏反应,轻者皮肤出现瘙痒、红斑,重者出现溃疡、发泡,其过敏反应大大限制了其临床使用。为让黑膏药更好地服务于临床治疗,本研究对降低黑膏药的过敏反应的关键技术进行探析,以期最大限度减少不良反应的发生。Black plaster is a traditional medicine form in China.It has a good effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,detumescence and pain relief,bone and tendon continuation.Its clinical efficacy is remarkable and its popularity is very high.However,in the process of clinical use,allergic reactions generally exist,such as pruritus,erythema,ulceration and foaming in severe cases.Its allergic reaction greatly limits its clinical use,in order to make the black plaster better In order to minimize the occurrence of adverse reactions,the key technologies to reduce the allergic reaction of black plaster were discussed.
