摘　　要：目的:优选消痔洗剂的提取工艺,为该制剂制备工艺提供参考。方法:采用挥发油测定法,提取鱼腥草挥发油,通过单因素考察试验,优选鱼腥草提取工艺。以君药中盐酸小檗碱的含量、干膏率的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验法,考察水提取最佳工艺。结果:鱼腥草挥发油最佳提取工艺为:加入14倍量的水,浸泡2 h,提取5 h。水提取最佳工艺为:加入12倍量的水,浸泡1.5 h,提取1.5 h,煎煮2次。结论:该提取工艺稳定、合理、可行,适用于消痔洗剂的制备。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Xiaozhi Lotion,and to provide reference for the preparation process of this preparation.Methods The volatile oil of Houttuynia cordata was extracted by the determination of volatile oil,and the extraction process was optimized by single factor test.With the content of berberine hydrochloride and the comprehensive score of dry paste rate as evaluation indexes,orthogonal extraction was used to investigate the optimal process of water extraction.Results The optimal extraction process of volatile oil from Houttuynia cordata was as follows:adding 14 times amount of water,soaking for 2h and extracting for 5h.The optimal process of water extraction was as follows:adding 12 times of water,soaking for 1.5 h,extracting for 1.5 h,decocting for 2 times.Conclusion The extraction process is stable,reasonable and feasible.It is suitable for the preparation of Xiaozhi lotion.
