摘　　要：目的:对近20年(2000~2020年)使用动物抑郁模型的针刺抗抑郁文献进行总结,探讨针刺抗抑郁相关研究中动物模型使用的规律。方法:采用计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、Pubmed数据库,对符合要求的文献建立数据库,进行统计分析。结果:在针刺抗抑郁的研究中,较为常用的动物模型有慢性不可预测温和应激(CUMS)抑郁模型、慢性不可预测应激(CUS)抑郁模型、慢性束缚应激(CRS)抑郁模型、强迫游泳(FST)应激模型等,其中CUMS抑郁模型、CUS抑郁模型、CRS抑郁模型造模时间较长,FST应激模型造模时间较短;在动物种属的选择上,大鼠、小鼠最为常用;造模方法上,CUMS因其造模方法复杂,具体操作上存在较多变异。结论:在针刺抗抑郁的研究中,动物模型的使用多种多样,但是针刺抗抑郁的效果仍需在更多的模型中得以验证,在模型的使用上应根据研究目的及实验室的客观条件选择合适的模型。Objective Reviewed the research about anti-depression of acupuncture since 2000 to 2020,to explore the application rules of animal model of depression.Method The lecture and the documents which met the enrolling requirement were retrieved with computer in CBM,CNKI,VIP,Pubmed,Medline database,statistic analysis was conducted on these lectures.Result In these research,the most commonly used animal models of depression were Chronic Unpredictable Mild Stress(CUMS)model,Chronic Unpredictable Stress(CUS)model,Chronic Restraint Stress(CRS)model,Forced Swimming Test(FST)model and so on.CUMS,CUS and CRS models were conducted for a long time,therefore FST was the shortest in time.The species of animals commonly used in these models were rats and mice.On the modeling method,because of the complex modeling method,there were more differences in CUMS.Conclusion Although various models were used,the antidepression effect of acupuncture still needs to be tested in more models.And the appropriate model should be selected according to the objective of the research and laboratory conditions.
