水红花子的古代文献考证

摘　　要：水红花子为临床常用药,最早见于《名医别录》。水红花子的原植物荭草属于蓼科植物的一种,与蓼科植物其他品种形态、功用相似,导致古代荭草与蓼、水红花子与蓼实之间关系复杂,临床上长期存在混淆或混用。文章通过查阅历代本草医籍文献,以考证水红花子的性味、功能、主治等内容,另收集古代关于水红花子的验方、医案,为临床应用水红花子提供有用的参考。Fructus Polygoni Orientalis is a commonly used drug in clinical practice.It was first seen in the Mingyi Bielu.The original plant of the Fructus Polygoni Orientalis is a kind of Polygonum hydropiper L.It has similar morphology and function to other cultivars of the genus Polygonaceae,which leads to the complex relationship between the ancient yarrow and the sorghum,the safflower and the sorghum.There is long-term confusion or mixed use.This article examines the sexual taste,function,and indications of Fructus Polygoni Orientalis by consulting the past medical literature of the past,and collects the ancient prescriptions and medical records of Fructus Polygoni Orientalis,which provides a useful reference for clinical application of Saffron.
