热敏灸治疗痔术后水肿50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸治疗痔术后水肿的疗效。方法:选取痔术后出现肛门水肿的患者100例,根据随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组予以肛门洗剂熏蒸坐浴;观察组予以热敏灸疗法,治疗7 d后,对比两组的水肿积分、水肿消退时间。结果:治疗7 d后,两组水肿积分均小于术后第1天(P<0.05),观察组水肿积分明显低于同时间对照组水肿积分(P<0.05);观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸应用于痔术后肛缘水肿可明显减轻水肿的症状,加快水肿的恢复,促进伤口愈合。Objective To observe the effect of thermal moxibustion on postoperative edema of hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 patients with anal edema after hemorrhoids surgery admitted to the Department of Anorectal Medicine affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group and observation group with 50 patients each according to the random number table method.The control group was given anal lotion fumigation sitting bath,and the observation group was given thermosensitive moxibustion therapy.After 7 days of treatment,the edema scores and edema regression time of the two groups were compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,edema scores in both groups were lower than that on the 1st day after surgery(P<0.05).Edema score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The effect of observation group was significantly greater than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermal moxibustion applied to hemorrhoid postoperative anal edema can significantly reduce the symptoms of edema,accelerate the recovery of edema,promote wound healing.
