痤疮合剂联合超分子水杨酸治疗中度痤疮31例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痤疮合剂联合超分子水杨酸治疗中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将63例中度痤疮患者随机分为两组。对照组予痤疮合剂联合丘疹挤粟治疗;治疗组予痤疮合剂联合30%超分子水杨酸、丘疹挤粟治疗。两组均治疗4周,疗程结束2周后,比较两组主客观指标、临床总有效率、不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为80.64%,对照组总有效率为63.33%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组及对照组均无明显严重不良反应。结论:痤疮合剂联合超分子水杨酸治疗中度痤疮疗效较好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acne mixture combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in treating with moderate acne.Methods 63 patients with moderate acne were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with acne mixture combined with papule extrusion.The treatment group was treated with acne mixture combined with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid and papule extrusion.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks,The subjective and objective index and clinical total effective rate and adverse reactions of two groups of patients were compared after the end of treatment for 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.64%and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%.There was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion Acne mixture combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in treating with moderate acne is safe and effective.
