摘  要:傣医学人才培养教学改革对稳定学生专业思想具有重要的作用。本文对首届傣医学专业学生在本科学习过程中的专业思想稳定性进行问卷调研,从中发现了目前傣医学专业设置的不足,据此在人才培养体系、师资队伍建设、课程体系完善、专业教材修订等方面提出了意见和建议,旨在通过傣医学人才培养的教学改革,巩固和稳定学生的专业思想,打造和培养服务于社会的傣医学人才梯队。The teaching reform of the training of talents in Dai medicine plays an important role in stabilizing students'professional thinking.This article conducts a questionnaire survey on the stability of professional ideology of the first Dai medical students during the college study.We found out the shortcomings of the current Dai medical professional setting.so,we put forward opinions and suggestions on the improvement of talent training system,the construction of teaching staff,the improvement of curriculum system,and the revision of professional textbook.The aims is to strengthen the stability of students professional thinking and cultivate an echelon of Dai medicine talents serving the society by the teaching reform of training Dai Medicine Talents.
