摘　　要：舰船等级修理拖期,直接影响舰船在航率和战斗力。文章以舰船等级修理周期管控为出发点,从舰船等级修理现状入手,探索分析了舰船等级修理拖期的主要原因,研究提出了修理周期管控的有效对策措施,并通过某型舰船高等级修理实践,有效检验了修期管控措施的效果,为舰船等级修理工程的质量和周期“双控”提供了重要的借鉴和参考。The delay of warship grade repairs directly affects the warship's navigation rate and combat effectiveness.The article starts with the management and control of the repair period of the warship's grade,starts with the status of the repair of the warship's grade,explores and analyzes the main reasons for the delay of the repair of the warship's grade,researches and puts forward effective countermeasures for the repair period control,and passes a certain type of warship.The practice of grade repair has effectively tested the effect of the repair period control measures,and provided an important reference and guidance for the quality and repairing time"double control"of warship grade repair projects.
