特殊群体大学生行为表现及教育管理策略研究

摘　　要：随着高校扩招,我国高等教育进入普及化阶段,在大学生群体中不可避免地存在着家庭贫困学生、学习困难学生、心理障碍学生、特殊家庭学生等特殊群体。作为高校教育工作者,应当高度重视大学生特殊群体,在充分了解他们行为表现的基础上,重点分析行为表现产生的深层次原因,并采取与之相对应的教育策略,以充分体现公平教育理念,实现大学生的共同进步与成长成才。With the expansion of college enrollment,China's higher education has entered the stage of popularization.Among college students,there are some special groups,such as students from poor families,students with learning difficulties,students with psychological barriers and students from special families.As educators in colleges and universities,we should attach great importance to the special groups of college students.On the basis of fully understanding their behavior performance,we should focus on analyzing the deep-seated causes of their behavior performance,and take corresponding education strategies to fully reflect the concept of fair education and realize the common progress and growth of college students.
