摘  要:急性肾损伤(AKI)、慢性肾病(CKD)与肾癌(RCC)是临床上典型的肾脏疾病,其发病机制复杂且易诱发多种并发症而造成全身性损伤。近年来的研究揭示,色氨酸代谢与抑郁症、自身免疫性疾病、神经退行性疾病与癌症等疾病的发生发展密切相关,其在肾脏疾病的发生发展过程中亦发挥着重要作用。本文综述了色氨酸代谢与急性肾损伤、慢性肾病及肾癌等肾脏疾病的互作研究进展,总结分析了靶向色氨酸代谢的肾脏疾病干预策略,以期为肾脏疾病诊断和防治提供借鉴。Acute kidney injury(AKI),chronic kidney disease(CKD)and renal cell carcinoma(RCC)are typical kidney diseases in clinic that have complex pathogenesis and can induce multiple complications and systemic damage.Tryptophan metabolism has been reported to participate in the occurrence and development of various diseases including depression,autoimmunity,neurodegeneration and cancer.Particularly,it is heavily involved in the pathogenesis of kidney disease.This paper reviewed crosstalk between tryptophan metabolism and kidney disease(i.e.,AKI,CKD and RCC)and summarizes potential therapeutic remedies by intervening tryptophan metabolism,aiming to provide ideas for kidney disease therapies targeting small molecule metabolism.
