摘　　要：嘌呤能受体P2Y6是P2Y受体家族的成员,它具有典型的7次跨膜结构,属于G蛋白偶联受体家族。P2Y6R主要在内皮细胞(ECs)和平滑肌细胞(SMCs)的基质细胞上表达,而P2Y6R在心血管系统不同细胞或区域中的分布有助于其在心血管疾病(CVD)中发挥作用。这篇综述旨在概述P2Y6R在心血管疾病的发病机制中的作用,并介绍P2Y6R拮抗剂的最新进展。Purinergic receptor P2Y6 is a member of the P2Y receptor family.It has a typical 7-pass membrane structure and belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family.P2Y6R is mainly expressed on the stromal cells of endothelial cells(ECs)and smooth muscle cells(SMCs),and the distribution of P2Y6R in different cells or regions of the cardiovascular system helps it play a role in cardiovascular diseases(CVD).This review was aimed at summarizing the role of P2Y6R in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases,with an insight into the recent progress on discovery of P2Y6R antagonists.
