摘　　要：目的探讨PKP治疗RA合并OVCF患者的影像学和临床效果。方法选取100例RA合并OVCF患者,均接受PKP治疗,比较手术前后的影像学和临床指标。结果术后1 d的椎体前缘高度、椎体中缘高度均高于术前(P<0.05)。术后1 d、3个月、6个月的VAS评分、ODI评分、伤椎后凸角均低于术前(P<0.05),术后3个月、6个月的VAS评分、ODI评分均低于术后1 d(P<0.05)。结论PKP可快速缓解RA合并OVCF患者的疼痛症状,改善肢体功能障碍,恢复椎体高度及后凸角。Objective To explore the imaging and clinical effects of PKP in the treatment of patients with RA complicated with OVCF.Methods 100 patients with RA complicated with OVCF were selected.All cases were treated with PKP.The imaging and clinical indicators before and after surgery were compared.Results The anterior vertebral height and middle vertebral height at 1 d after surgery were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05).The VAS scores,ODI scores and kyphosis angles of injured vertebra at 1 d,3 months and 6 months after surgery were lower than those before surgery(P<0.05).The VAS scores and ODI scores at 3 months and 6 months after surgery were lower than those at 1 d after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions PKP can quickly relieve the pain symptom of patients with RA complicated with OVCF,improve limb dysfunction,and restore vertebral height and kyphosis angle.
