经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗新鲜胫骨远端骨折的效果及对患者关节功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的分析经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗新鲜胫骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法90例新鲜胫骨远端骨折患者随机分为两组各45例,参照组行传统切开复位内固定术治疗,研究组行经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于参照组,术中出血量及并发症发生率均低于参照组,关节功能恢复优良率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗新鲜胫骨远端骨折有助于促进患者骨折愈合及关节功能恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of fresh distal tibia fracture.Methods 90 patients with fresh distal tibia fracture were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation,while the study group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss amount and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,and the excellent and good rate of joint function recovery was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of fresh distal tibial fracture helps to promote fracture healing and joint function recovery of patients.
