摘　　要：目的探讨强化健康教育结合人文关怀对初产妇自然分娩率的影响。方法120例初产妇依据入院时间的不同分为两组,每组60例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以强化健康教育结合人文关怀。比较两组干预前后的SAS评分和SDS评分、分娩结局和护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的自然分娩率显著高于对照组,剖宫产率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化健康教育结合人文关怀可有效改善初产妇的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高自然分娩率和护理满意度。Objective To explore the impact of strengthened health education combined with humanistic care on natural delivery rate of primiparae.Methods 120 cases of primiparae were divided into two groups according to different admission time,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given strengthened health education combined with humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The SAS and SDS scores before and after intervention,delivery outcome and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Strengthened health education combined with humanistic care can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of primiparae,and improve the natural delivery rate and nursing satisfaction degree.
