摘　　要：目的探讨优质皮肤护理在皮肤疮疡患者治疗中的应用效果及对其负性情绪影响。方法选取皮肤疮疡患者80例,随机分为两组各40例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以优质皮肤护理。比较两组的护理效果(躯体功能指数、生理功能指数)、负性情绪(SAS、SDS评分)以及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的躯体功能指数、生理功能指数评分均显著高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质皮肤护理可显著改善皮肤疮疡患者的躯体功能与生理功能,缓解其负性情绪,提高其护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of high quality skin nursing in the treatment of patients with skin ulcers and its impact on patients'negative emotions.Methods 80 patients with skin ulcers were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high quality skin nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect(physical function index,physiological function index),negative emotions(SAS score,SDS score)and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of physical function index and physiological function index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High quality skin nursing can significantly improve the physical function and physiological function of patients with skin ulcers,alleviate their negative emotions and improve their nursing satisfaction degree.
