摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理干预在氨磷汀同步放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌中的应用效果。方法80例行氨磷汀同步放疗治疗的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施针对性护理干预,比较两组干预前后的心理状态和生活质量。结果干预后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,生活质量评分均显著优于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预可以有效缓解氨磷汀同步放疗治疗的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的负性情绪,改善患者的生活质量,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in concurrent radiotherapy with amifostine for the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with concurrent radiotherapy with amifostine were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing intervention,and the study group received targeted nursing intervention.The psychological state and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the scores of quality of life were significantly better than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotion of patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with concurrent radiotherapy with amifostine,and improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree.
