预见性护理干预在阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征并发心房纤颤患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理干预应用于阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征并发心房纤颤患者的效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征并发心房纤颤患者80例,随机均分为两组。观察组给予预见性护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。比较两组护理前后的SAS评分、SDS评分、心率(HR)、左心射血分数(LVEF)、血氧饱和度(SpO2),比较两组的心房纤颤转复率和复发率。结果护理后,观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分、HR均显著低于对照组,LVEF、SpO2均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的心房纤颤转复率显著高于对照组,心房纤颤复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预能够显著改善阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征并发心房纤颤患者的心理状态和生命体征,提高心房纤颤转复率,降低心房纤颤复发率。Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention applied in patients with obstructive apnea syndrome complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods 80 patients with obstructive apnea syndrome complicated with atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.All cases were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The observation group was given predictive nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The SAS scores,SDS scores,heart rate(HR),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)before and after nursing,as well as the reversion rate and recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS score,SDS score and HR of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and LVEF and SpO2 were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The reversion rate of atrial fibrillation of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological status and vital signs of patients with obstructive apnea syndrome complicated with atrial fibrillation,improve the reversion rate and reduce the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation.
