摘 要:为满足某型反蛙人链式炮的供弹需求,根据反蛙人发射技战术指标和作战环境条件,设计了一种链式炮供弹机构。对供弹机构的相关组件进行了设计计算,并验证了该方案的可行性。基于虚拟样机技术建立了供弹机构的三维模型,进行了动力学仿真,得到了供弹机构主要运动部件的运动特性及运动规律,并进行了相关分析。仿真结果表明,该供弹机构设计合理,供弹动作平稳可靠。In order to meet the ammunition supply demand of a certain type of anti frogman chain gun,a reasonable ammunition supply mechanism of chain gun is designed according to the anti frogman launch technology and tactical index and combat environment conditions.The parts of the ammunition feeding mechanism are designed and its feasibility is verified.Based on the virtual prototype technology,the three-dimensional model of the ammunition feeding mechanism is established,and the dynamic simulation is carried out to obtain the motion characteristics of the main moving parts,and the correlation analysis is carried out.The results show that the mechanism is stable in motion,reliable in strength and stable in operation.
