摘　　要：目的探究自由体位排胎对妊娠中期产妇的引产效果及情感状况的影响。方法选取于2017年9月至2018年8月南京医科大学附属无锡妇幼保健院收治的符合纳入标准的妊娠中期引产女性42例,设为对照组,予以传统的引产护理;选取于2018年9月至2019年8月收治的符合纳入标准的妊娠中期引产女性45例,设为研究组,实施基于自由体位排胎的引产护理。两组产妇均接受视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)、言语反应量表(VRS)、显示疼痛强度量表(PPI)和视觉模拟焦虑量表(VAS-A)测评;比较两组产妇在引产时及引产后的出血量,以及从子宫收缩阵痛至娩出胎儿时间;两组产妇均接受护理满意度问卷调查。结果研究组产妇VAS、VRS、PPI及VAS-A评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组产妇在引产时的出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);引产后,研究组产妇出血量低于对照组(P<0.05),从子宫收缩阵痛至娩出胎儿时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠期中期终止妊娠产妇而言,引入自由体位排胎能有效提高产妇的引产效果,改善其消极情感状况,值得做进一步临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of labor induction method based on free position fetal termination on the induction of labor and emotional status in the termination of pregnancy.Methods From September 2017 to August 2018,42 cases in accordance with the inclusion criteria of induction of labor were enrolled into control group who were treated with traditional labor nursing.Another 45 cases were included in study group from September 2018 to August 2019 where the free postural delivery was implemented.The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Verbal Response Scale(VRS),Pain Intensity scale(PPI)and Visual Analogue Anxiety Scale(VAS-A)were compared between the two groups,as well as the amount of bleeding,uterine contraction pain and nursing satisfaction.Results The scores of VAS,VRS,PPI and VAS-A in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).After induced labor,the amount of bleeding in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of labor was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions For the mid pregnancy termination of a pregnant woman,the introduction of free induction method based on fetal postural drainage can effectively improve the efficiency of maternal induction effect and eliminate the negative emotion,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
