摘　　要：目的探讨分析思维导图在新生儿重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)护士床头交接班中的应用效果。方法将酒泉市人民医院2020年6月至9月收治的180例危重新生儿作为对照组,采用常规交接班方式进行交接班;2020年10月至2021年1月收治的180例危重新生儿作为观察组,通过绘制思维导图,根据思维导图制作的交接班查检表进行交接班,比较两组患儿交接班评价量表得分情况、不良事件发生率及医、护、患满意度。结果应用思维导图交接班后,患儿交接班评价量表得分显著高于应用思维导图交班前,护理不良事件发生率降低,医、护、患满意度均有明显提高。结论思维导图在NICU护士床头交接班中的应用能优化护士交接班质量及沟通效率,同时也提高了护士解决问题能力与临床思维能力,减少护理风险,进一步深化了优质护理服务。Objective To explore the application effect of mind map in bedside shift of nurses in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods One hundred and eighty critically ill newborn infants in Jiuquan People's Hospital from June to September 2020 were selected as the observation group who were treated with the routine shift handover method.From October 2020 to January 2021,180 cases of critically ill newborn infants in the Department of Neonatology were selected as the research group where the method of mind map was applied by making the shift check list according to the mind map.The score of the shift evaluation scale,the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients were compared between the two groups.Results After the application of mind map,the score of children's shift evaluation scale increased significantly.The incidence of nursing adverse events reduced dramatically.And the satisfaction rates of doctors,nurses and patients were improved significantly.Conclusions The application of mind map in bedside shift of nurses in NICU can optimize the quality of shift handover and communication efficiency,improve the ability of problem-solving and clinical thinking of nurses,reduce nursing risks,and further deepen the quality of nursing service.
